    • RISE Residential Services – provides transition-aged young adults with the integrated services and support necessary to understand their mental health diagnosis and manage the symptoms, deal with stigma, connect to effective support services, and develop coping skills to increase quality of life.
    • Supported Community Living Services
      • Behavioral Services Apartment program offers service of apartment rent and partial living expenses to a limited number of person’s service that do not have income and have a significant housing need
      • Behavioral Services Voucher program offers partial rent assistance for individuals with substantial housing need but have limited income. The program assists with a partial payment of rent and the tenant pays a portion.
      • Contract Provider program offers assistance with boarding at DMH approved RCF, boarding home, or assisted living residence that is not owned or operated by Betty Jean Kerr People’s Health Centers.
