ALM Hopewell Center provides adult services designed to help consumers, with serious mental illness, to function within the community.

- Intake and Evaluation Services – annual evaluation by interdisciplinary team.
- Case Management – provide linkage and referral services, and support.
- Crisis Intervention Services – professionals available to provide walk-in or phone crisis intervention
- Healthcare Home Services – focus on adults with serious mental illness, mental health condition and substance abuse disorder, or with either a mental health condition or substance abuse disorder and another chronic health condition.
- Therapy – provides therapeutic opportunities to help adults and children/families deal with stressors they may experience.
- Medication Services – prescribing and management of psychotropic medications.
- Medication Administration Services – may include helping with ordering or getting medications, or correctly filling weekly medication planners.

- Community Support – staff provides face to face assistance to achieve goals established as part of an Individual Treatment Plan
- Crisis Intervention Services – professionals available to provide walk-in or phone crisis intervention

- Psychosocial Rehabilitation – groups are available to consumers who can benefit from group activities and learning sessions focused on life skills and socialization

- STRIVE Group Home – Congregate living environment that houses 11 residents
- RISE Residential Services – provides transition-aged young adults with the integrated services and support necessary to understand their mental health diagnosis and manage the symptoms, deal with stigma, connect to effective support services, and develop coping skills to increase quality of life.
- Supported Community Living Services
- Hopewell Apartment program offers service of apartment rent and partial living expenses to a limited number of person’s service that do not have income and have a significant housing need
- Hopewell Voucher program offers partial rent assistance for individuals with substantial housing need but have limited income. The program assists with a partial payment of rent and the tenant pays a portion.
- Contract Provider program offers assistance with boarding at DMH approved RCF, boarding home, or assisted living residence that is not owned or operated by Hopewell.
